The speed of the smartphone depends on the RAM and processor. The longer these two are turned on, the slower the phone will be. So in the meantime we have to keep in mind.
On smartphones we use various apps, some of which are running in the background and using RAM. Due to the use of a lot of RAM in these apps, smartphone slows down when a new app is launched.
For this, the more apps that are running in the background, the faster the phone will be. This tutorial has shown how to increase the speed of the phone by reducing the background process.
What is Background process limit
You can set the maximum number of processes or apps running simultaneously in the background of the phone. In this way, if more than a certain number of apps are launched, it is automatically disabled. As a result, the RAM is empty and the work speed increases.
In the case of smartphones with more RAM, however, it may not be necessary to apply such a method. However, it is quite useful for low RAM phones.
How to Do
To turn on this feature, you need to unlock Android’s ‘Developer Mode‘ settings. To do this, you have to tap ‘Build Number‘ seven times in a row in ‘About Phone‘ settings.
If a pop-up for Developer Mode appears, go to Developer Settings from the Settings main page.
There the background process limit will be displayed in the app section. From there, select ‘No Background Process’ or ‘At most 1 Process’.
Then you have to turn off the phone once and restart it.
If everything is done properly, the speed of the phone will increase and in case of low RAM phone, the pain of slowing down will be relieved.
Needless to say, this method speeds up the phone by shutting down an additional number of apps. In this case, some of the necessary work, such as downloading something with the browser or listening to music in the music player while starting a new work in another app, the download process or playing music may stop.
